PRIVACY POLICY

How the keyword research tool handles data.

This policy applies to Vacuum Parts Finder Keyword Research, operated by the owner of vacuumpartsfinder.com. Last updated October 25, 2026.

Current setup status

The Google Ads API integration is being configured. These public information pages do not provide Google sign-in or collect Google account credentials, authorization tokens, or private advertising account data. The following Google data practices apply if an authorized connection is enabled.

Google data accessed and how it is used

With the account holder's explicit authorization, the operator may use a Google Ads customer ID, necessary authorization credentials, submitted keywords, target-market settings, and aggregate keyword metrics returned by the Google Ads API. Metrics can include search-volume estimates, advertising competition, and bid ranges.

That information is used only to perform the requested keyword research, prepare keyword reports, and support the operator's Google Ads campaign planning. This integration is not intended to access Gmail, Google Drive, or individual searchers' identities. A request to change an advertising campaign would require a separate, deliberate action; keyword research itself does not create or launch ads.

Storage and retention

Authorization credentials must remain on operator-controlled systems and must not be included in public website files, public reports, or source repositories. Keyword research reports may be stored by the operator until they are deleted or are no longer needed for campaign planning.

The operator will remove stored authorization credentials when the connection is discontinued. An account holder can request deletion of associated stored account data and reports by emailing the contact address below. Data subject to a legal retention requirement may be retained for that requirement.

Sharing and Google API Limited Use

Google data is sent to Google as necessary to complete authorized API requests. It is not sold, supplied to data brokers, used for unrelated advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI models. It is not shared with other parties except as necessary for the requested functionality with the account holder's permission, to comply with law, or for security purposes permitted by Google's policies.

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

You can review and remove an authorized connection through your Google Account connections. Removing authorization prevents future use of that authorization; contact the operator as well if you want previously stored reports deleted.

Website hosting and contact messages

Cloudflare hosts these public pages and may process technical request data, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure them under its privacy policy. These pages do not add analytics scripts or advertising cookies.

If you email the operator, your email address and the information you choose to send may be used to answer your message. Do not email passwords, tokens, payment-card details, or other credentials.

Contact and changes

For privacy questions, revocation help, or deletion requests, email [email protected]. This policy will be updated if the tool's data practices change.
